Gerontology Program – Nancy McGee (10 minutes) From the College of Nursing
- Interdisciplinary study of the aging population
- Not a Nursing only program, interdisciplinary
- All of the classes are available on Uonline by 2017
- Can do 6 Gen Ed and Bachelor degree designations within the Minor
- Undergraduate and Graduate Certificate
- Master of Science program
- Part of WICHE program
- Gerontology event April 4th from 6-8

Admissions - Rachana Patel & Teri Clawson
- Ready for 2nd release date
- Becomes rolling admission after March
Registrar’s Office – Emily Johnson, Michael Santarosa & Zach Klc
Mike-
- -Working on transparency on the cost of classes and cost of course materials, textbook requirements and sheets for selection went out to the departments, working on being better at this.
- -Graduation Application is going LIVE March 2, 2016
- -Workshops for what students will see and how the processes will be changing are available:
- March 1, 3:00-4:00pm, Sill Large Conference Room
- March 3, 9:00-10:00am, Sill Large Conference Room

Emily-
- Change to upper division transfer credit evaluation in DARs
- Send student to the Registrar’s office for Upper Division transfer credit work
- But International Students still need to go to International Admissions
- Graduation Clearance Report- has been reporting some errors, they are aware and working on the problem
Financial Aid – Amy Capps
- Financial Aid application is live on Monday up until May 27th, 2016
- Max credit hour time frame holds go on in March, so students might be seeking letters
- The 2016-2017 FAFSA deadline is March 15th
Scholarship Office – Carol Bergstrom
Summer Incentives-
Juniors/Seniors that can finish- Summer/Fall and next Spring are eligible for scholarships, email Carol or Amber
Freshmen- Scholarship offers available to get to 30 credits during their Freshmen year
Transfer Deadline- March 1st and must have applied for Admission and Financial Aid in as well

- Exchange Program- deadline is March 1st for Fall and Academic Year program, extra step this year is an Exchange Interview

- 1st year Map for Spring starters- goes active and hold is live March 7th, Students will receive priority registration for Fall April 13th registration for 1000+ and 2000+ level classes.
