What is 2nd year Mandatory Advising?

As part of the Mandatory Advising Program, all students who have completed two or three prior semesters at the University of Utah are REQUIRED to meet with their major advisor. This meeting will help you to continue to navigate through your major and ensure you are informed about the great opportunities that are available to you!

To avoid receiving a registration hold, you need to meet with your advisor before March 1, 2013!

If you have decided on your major, contact your major advisor.

If you have not decided on a major: Call 801-581-8146 to set up your 2nd Year Mandatory Advising appointment with a University College advisor. 

Remember to ask for a 2nd Year Advising appointment!
