Advisor of the Month
Advisor of the Month is a UAAC award process to highlight and recognize the work of academic advisors across campus who go above and beyond in their roles. This award process recognizes advisors for the months of August-April of each school year, taking a break for the summer months while UAAC is not in session.
A call for nominations is distributed to advisors across the UAAC List serv on a monthly
basis. UAAC Awards Committee members vote on nomination statements to select the individual
recipient for the month. Recipients of this award receive $100 and are highlighted
at the upcoming UAAC monthly meeting.
