Program Description
Enhance your understanding of international relations through the interdisciplinary International Relations Certificate. Through coursework in political science and allied fields (such as communications, economics, geography, and management), this certificate offers students the chance to hone their analytical, problem-solving, decision-making, research, and communication skills in the context of our increasingly global society. Additional international experiences—internships, service projects, or study abroad programs—can also be used to fulfill certificate requirements.
Academic and Career Opportunities
Involvement opportunities for students include local, national, or global internships in fields related to international relations; you can also participate in the Model United Nations to enhance your learning. Career opportunities include careers in international business and law, Foreign Service, U.S. intelligence agencies, or non-profit organizations.
