Attend Events

Attend the Major Expo or Open Houses to speak with professors, advisors, and students from various majors, or attend career events to experience different work environments.

Work with a faculty member on research or creative projects. The Undergraduate Research Opportunities Program (UROP) provides an assistantship up to $1,200.

Student groups and organizations are a great way to test a particular interest and develop marketable skills.
